This was a design and construct project, with the clients wanting to retain the classic Art Deco style from the existing house, while blending into the neighbourhood. 

The completed design is a large family home comprising of plenty of space for entertaining, with the kitchen, dining and living area flowing into the undercover alfresco area, which overlooks the pool.
